Katie has a BS in Community Health and Wellness Education, Minor in Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin La-Crosse. She is a certified USA Cycling Coach, USA Triathlon Coach, TrainingPeaks Coach, and CrossFit Coach and has been involved in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years.

Katie can help by providing a personalized training plan that challenges you, holds you accountable, and works well with your lifestyle and individual goals. It is my job as a coach to not only provide you with a road map for reaching those goals, but to be your teammate in the process.

Jen has a BS in Exercise Science and Psychology from University of Wisconsin La-Crosse. She is a certified UESCA Run Coach , NASM-CPT and CrossFit Level 1 Coach.

Before moving to Madison, WI., Jen worked in the Chicago fitness industry for 7 years teaching group fitness and training personal clients. Along with being involved in the fitness community, she was also a big part of the Chicago run community as a sponsored Chicago Fleet Feet Runner and has had the opportunity to lead outdoor run workouts and become a Pacer with the Fleet Feet Run Group.

Jen’s passion is training and motivating members to be a part of this community of fitness, and helping athletes push their athletic ability to reach their goals.
