Strength is for the endurance athlete looking to incorporate a strength program appropriate for both pre-season (base building & power) and post season (recovery/mobility).

All workouts will be 30-60 minutes, and will require basic equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and a bench.

With a customized strength plan, you’ll receive:

•A  strength training program with a focus on progressive overload to build lean muscle, increase overall strength, power and mobility through functional movement.

•Videos to each movement with the ability to upload yourself doing the exercises for feedback

Run is for the athlete looking for a customized running plan. Maybe you want to take a break from triathlon to focus solely on running, maybe you want to focus on a certain race distance to PR, or maybe you are completely new to running and need help getting started!

•Training that focuses on steady progression, training smart, and long-term development

•Custom run program, with updates and modifications provided

•Modified cross training, if needed

•Strength training 2x week tailored to your running goals

Tri is for the athlete looking for a customized triathlon training plan. Whether you need help training for your first triathlon, want to tackle a new distance, or are looking to qualify for a specific event, we can help you get there.

With a customized triathlon plan, you’ll receive:

•Zone based training that is given in 2-3 week training blocks.

•Training plans specific to the needs of the athlete and tailored based on athletes ability, schedule availability and personal goals desired

•Regular testing to ensure accurate training zones
